Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with automobiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and safety issues.
Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, and brake systems.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Ensure a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

NVQ L3 or equivalent; formal education or certification in automotive technology is preferred.
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role in a reputable automotive repair facility.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the automotive industry.
