Hi I’ve recently bought a Chery Tiggo4 from Croxdale Garage, the experience has been out of this world, from calling in on the off chance to picking my car up has been a very pleasant experience. I walked in and I was greeted by Elise, a relatively new sales adviser, Elise was very professional, explained everything from arranging finance to picking the car up. Elise was in constant communication with me throughout, Daniel was guiding Elise and explaining everything that had to happen. From choosing the car to picking it up was less than a week, the service I received was excellent, friendly, professional and no waffle I would recommend this garage for all your new and used car needs. Hope you have a long and prosperous career in car sales Elise. As for me I’m happy happy happy.

From stepping onto the forecourt last week....just for a look! To collecting our new car this week, we were greeted with a lovely smile & a cheerie hello from Kate. We had a lot of questions about Chery & the Tiggo 4, Kate answered all of our queries. Her knowledge of the car on the test drive & again on the handover was brilliant. Also a mention for Carl who was also very helpful when Kate was busy with another customer. What a difference from previous experiences with pushy sales personnel the minute you get out of your car. Would definately advise you to visit this dealership if you're after a new car!

I visited Croxdale Chery with my wife on Friday 3rd July 2026 to test drive the new Chery Tiggo4. We were met by Elise who made us fell very welcome, she is new at the branch but showed great knowledge of the car, Elise found her mentor Carl who went through the insurance forms, Elise took my wife and I for test drive which was great. When we got back we talked numbers but I wanted more for my old car so we couldn’t come to a deal. Later that day Carl rang me with the deal I was waiting for, I called back to the dealership, signed the papers and agreed a date to pick up the car. The following Friday (1week) my wife and I called in to the dealership where we were met by Elise and a bit later Carl, signed a few more forms and we were given the keys. Brilliant service from both Elise and Carl, very quick sale as it should be. I would definitely recommend seeing either Elise or Carl at Croxdale if you are interested in buying a Cherry. Bought my new car from Carl and Kate they were brilliant from the beginning to end.

Garredd was brilliant from my first phone call to the collection of the car a week later 😊Talk about instant gratification 😂. A fair price for my parted was immediately offered and the deal was very generous. All was explained in detail and clearly. If I could give 6 stars to MG Garage at Croxdale, and Richie, I absolutely would. A seamless experience from start to finish, so helpful and informative! Richie is great and not a ‘pushy’ sales person in the slightest, he is just someone genuinely trying to help and give the best service. Myself and my husband have had an amazing experience buying a new car from Charlie at MG Durham. From the start of the process to the very end, Charlie was always on hand to answer any questions we had and tailored our car to exactly what we wanted. He wasn’t your ‘pushy salesman’. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Whilst looking around for a new car, we went to a lot of different salesrooms, and we found everything we were looking for at MG Durham!

I was looked after really well by Mark Johnston. I purchased a car after seeing it on the website, I didn't see it in person. Mark organised everything and made it a very easy purchase. The car was delivered to me really quickly and it was exactly as I expected. The delivery driver was really pleasant to deal with. MArk followed up promptly to make sure I was happy with everything. Really excellent service from start to finish.

Superb customer service from Gareth . He explained he had recently become the Alfa Romeo specialist and displayed real enthusiasm for the brand. He was very attentive and answered my queries without fuss but importantly checked the answer without resorting to Salesman ' blag'. I'm sure he will be successful and I wish him.the very best 👍

I recently contacted MG Croxdale by email with a view to test driving an EV. The following day I received a phone call from Ritchie informing me of the latest offers on the car i was interested in and offering a test drive the following day. Ritchie was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, in fact all you could ask for. The deal was done and collection arranged. The whole process carried out without hassle or stress (even with a bit of help sourcing a charge point installer). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership and Ritchie. Thank you.

Brilliant Company to do business with. Nothing was too much for them, Callum was an excellent salesman. My initial enquiry looked as though it wasn't going to happen but his experience showed through, and I am very happy with my new purchase. Callum sorted everything and it all went through smoothly and on time as he promised. I will definitely be contacting Croxdale/Callum for future purchases.

Richie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Super helpful, genuinely funny, kind, and really informative without ever being pushy. He made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable (which isn’t something you usually say about buying a car). We did have to wait around for finance for a bit, but Richie kept things relaxed and friendly throughout, making the time pass far quicker than expected. Great experience buying my new Jeep wrangler from Callum. I called in on the off chance to get some figures which initially were quite far away from what we wanted to pay. Callum used his ingenuity to get the monthly cost where it needed to be for us to pull the trigger at this moment. No pushy sales talk, just good honest conversations, cheers Callum.

Just brought a C5 Aircross from Croxdale. The whole experience was really good. Callum, who dealt with the sale was really helpful, from start to finish he kept me informed of what's happening. I also part exchanged my old vehicle and it was the easiest most straight forward experience Ive ever had both buying and selling my old car. I couldn't recommend the place more.

After worrying about how to go about mobility scheme for my mum wasnt sure how, what and who to turn to we telephoned Croxdale Citroën up and the first guy we spoke to was alex bales who wholeheartedly is a great guy he literally run around after us he literally sorted everything out for us while we sat there drinking a coffee. Overall he made our experience effortless stress free and got the job in hand sorted pronto from answering questions to even picking us up on the day of collection. Absolute credit to citreon he is. I own an Alfa Romeo 4c. In spain at the moment. Needed specific bolts for the engine cover rear window as dealer here lost one during oil change!!!!. Not sure how. Parts dept at croxdale sourced the bolts, held them for me, as I'm still in spain then posted them out Foc to my UK address. Excellent knowledge, friendly helpful service. Thank you Maurice Nichol

I rented a Luton Van with tail lift last week to finish off a house move. This was the first time I'd used Croxdale and was pleasantly surprised with the service. The van was in excellent condition and the customer service was first class. They are competitively priced and well worth considering. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service and experience. Needed a luton van for moving house, reached out via the enquiry box as I was going to drive there and didn't have anyone to drive my car back, but I needn't have worried as if that was the case I would have been accommodated. On the day of picking up the van it was a very easy and quick process, the van was clean and very suitable for my needs, dropping it off was an even better experience. Excellent experience and would definitely use it again. Thank you very much you made a stressful tiring day bearable.

Rented a Luton Van last month, dealt with Dave, he was great, laid back, and clearly customer focused. It was a doddle to arranged and Dave was great around the return of the van, as moving day can often have unexpected surprises/delays. I would highly recommend and definitely use again, hopefully not for a long while though 🙈 Thanks again Dave!

I have hired twice here over the past 3 weeks, Dave and David were spot on and very helpful. The vans are immaculate, the latest one I hired had less than 300 miles on the clock. For work, I often have to rent vans and have used other companies in the past, but Croxdale is the go to now. Incredibly flexible, very helpful and a super easy process to rent. Thanks again.
