Role Overview

As a Parts Apprentice, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless parts supply to both internal and external customers, while also championing proactive selling and stocking strategies to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Respond promptly to customer requests, both internal and external, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and integrity.
• - Manage stock effectively on a daily basis to optimize department operations.
• - Oversee the receipt and storage of incoming parts, preparing them for workshop use.
• - Execute stock control duties in accordance with company and brand policies, including PDRs, warranty claims, and supplier returns.
• - Collaborate closely with manufacturers to enhance our commitment to being the "best place to shop" for our customers.

Qualifications:

• - A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• - Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• - While experience in a parts environment is beneficial, we prioritise enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

• - Stellar teamwork skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• - Possession of a driving license is preferred but not essential.
