What Does a Service Advisor Do?

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their servicing and repair needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless service experience and upholding Croxdale’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Greet customers and manage service bookings efficiently.
✔ Advise customers on necessary repairs and servicing.
✔ Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
✔ Work with technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
✔ Identify and promote additional service products where appropriate.
✔ Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM systems.

Who We’re Looking For:

To succeed as a Service Advisor at Croxdale, you should have:

• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Confidence in working with CRM and booking systems.
• The ability to sell additional services when relevant.
• Previous experience in automotive service reception is preferred but not essential.

Working Hours & Salary

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday (rota basis): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary: From £25,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
• Location: In Person
