Job Summary

As a Service Valetor based at our state-of-the-art Stellantis Aftersales Operation in Durham, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient cleaning and preparation of customer and company vehicles to the highest standards. Working within a highly effective team, you will uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by presenting vehicles in pristine condition and identifying any faults before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Maintain the highest standard of care and presentation for all vehicles, adhering to company and brand standards.
• - Valet customer and company vehicles according to specified standards, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
• - Conduct initial inspections of vehicles upon delivery, reporting any defects to management promptly.
• - Ensure timely and courteous fulfilment of customer transport options, including vehicle collection and delivery.

Qualifications:

• - Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• - Experience in vehicle valeting or detailing preferred.
• - Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• - Valid driving license with a clean record.
