About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our trade parts operation, ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service and expertise they expect from a leading dealership.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Play a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless and efficient flow of parts to our dynamic and high-performing 25-bay onsite workshop, ensuring operations run smoothly and without interruption.
• Managing incoming trade parts enquiries and orders through phone and online platforms.
• Accurately identifying parts to meet customer needs.
• Leveraging product promotions to hit specific sales targets.
• Spotting and seizing upsell opportunities to drive growth.
• Staying up-to-date with new parts, offers, and product updates through training and industry insights.
