What Does a Sales Executive Do?
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring they receive a five-star experience from their first enquiry to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
✔ Confidently present and demonstrate new and used vehicles.
✔ Maintain professional, transparent, and clear communication with customers.
✔ Utilise digital tools and video communication to enhance the buying experience.
✔ Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding brand and dealership standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should be:
- Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A natural communicator who builds strong customer relationships.
- Confident in using IT systems, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Experienced in retail sales or customer service (preferred but not essential).
- A holder of a full, clean UK driving licence.
Working Hours & Salary
- Full-Time Role
- 8-hour shifts, including weekends
- Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 per year (plus commission and performance bonuses)
- Location: In Person
