Announcement regarding COVID 19

"Like most businesses within the UK we have been closely monitoring and adhering to the Governments advice and reviewing how COVID-19 is impacting our business, staff and customers.

We recently sent out a statement to say that we have closed our Sales operations, followed by our Aftersales facilities on Tuesday 31st March. This was a decision made in order to adhere to the Government guidelines as understood at that time.

After due consideration, and being mindful of our role within the community our staff have volunteered to provide an essential repair and maintenance role to Key workers and essential vehicle users during this critical time. We will be monitoring this on a week by week basis to ensure we have sufficient capacity to cope with demand throughout this period.


Customers will be kept informed, including completing all transactions by means of telephone and electronic communication.

I would like to thank my colleagues for their dedication leading up to this as we have together navigated our way through these difficult times. I am extremely proud of what they have achieved to date."

We will act responsibly and within governmental requirements to continue to ensure the mobility of Health Workers, Public Services, Key Sector Workers and Customers who continue to need their vehicles for work, to shop, to support the vulnerable or to seek treatment.


Over the coming days, the Croxdale team will work together to care for our customers and look after each other’s well-being. This situation is completely unprecedented, and we will be learning and adapting as we go along, learning from the Government's​ announcements.


We will not be offering a 'Service while you wait' facility, to ensure minimum contact and to reduce any risks to both our workers and our customers. In order to do this, we have implemented a contact-free approach utilising our full fleet of courtesy vehicles allowing customers to remain mobile at all times.


We want to help in ensuring key workers' vehicles stay safely on the roads and we will support where we can. Help and advice are available 7 days a week via our website, live chat and email response. You can request a call back on any of these and a member of the team will call you as soon as possible.


What is essential work?

All work will be carried out by our dedicated essential work staff. We would like to thank them all for agreeing to assist the community and key workers through these difficult times. We have put every measure possible in place to ensure their safety as well as yours. This includes the sanitizing of all vehicles before entering the workshops and after leaving. Rest assured our technicians are adhering to a strict process within PPE guidelines.
