Here at Croxdale, we offer a huge selection of Approved Used Citroën vehicles, each of which is available with our flexible finance solutions. These are designed to meet the requirements and budgets of all types of motorists – and provide you with the best possible deal.
Let’s begin by explaining what each of our finance options offers.
PCH is an affordable and convenient way to lease a car. Following a deposit, you then pay fixed monthly instalments over an agreed duration. When the contract ends, you hand back the keys with nothing further to pay (unless you have incurred excess mileage or damage charges). Many PCH contracts also include maintenance costs, and are ideal for those who aren’t looking to own a vehicle or worry about depreciation.
If you choose PCH, you’ll need to be aware that it is less flexible than PCP if you wish to upgrade your vehicle or end the agreement early. If you exceed the agreed mileage limit, you’ll be liable for extra costs, and there is no option to buy.
PCP is a popular finance agreement that enables you to drive a new vehicle in an affordable way. Instead of paying for the vehicle’s full value, you pay off its depreciation, meaning the monthly instalments are often lower. At the end of your agreement, you have the option to return the car, part-exchange it for a newer model, or make a balloon payment to own it outright.
When choosing PCP, you’ll need to bear in mind that it may prove a more expensive way to ultimately own the vehicle outright. During the contract, you do not own the car, and may be liable for extra fees caused by damage and/or excess mileage.
HP is a simple and straightforward way of financing your new Citroën. Following an initial deposit, you will pay off the full value of the vehicle in fixed monthly instalments over an agreed period of time. When all the payments are made, you become the car’s outright owner.
When choosing HP it’s worth considering that monthly payments are typically higher than those offered by Personal Contract Purchase (PCP). This type of plan also means you may not have access to regular upgrades.
