Terms and Conditions

1. Driver Eligibility
Drivers must be at least 21 years old for cars and vans (25 for non‑UK licence holders unless otherwise agreed by our insurers). All drivers must satisfy our insurer's underwriting criteria. UK licence holders must provide a DVLA share code generated within 72 hours before collection. Additional drivers must be approved and listed on the Rental Agreement.

2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Payment must be made using an accepted credit or debit card in the hirer's name. We do not accept cash, cheques or prepaid cards.

3. Deposits
A security deposit or pre-authorisation will be taken before the vehicle is released. Deposit amounts depend on the vehicle and driver profile and will be confirmed before collection. The deposit or pre-authorised deposit is £500.

4. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before collection (48 hours for Monday collections). Later cancellations or no-shows may incur the published cancellation fee of £35.

5. Collection
The hirer must present the required identification, driving license and further proof of address. We may refuse the rental where eligibility requirements are not met.

6. Vehicle Use
The vehicle must only be used lawfully and in accordance with the Rental Agreement. It must not be used for hire or reward, racing, towing (unless authorised), off-road driving or any unlawful purpose.

The vehicle must come back clean enough to be inspected for damages otherwise there may be cleaning and valeting charges applied. These charges will vary on the size of vehicle and how long it will take to clean.

7. Insurance
The rental includes the minimum insurance required by law, subject to the excess shown on the Rental Agreement which is £1500. Optional excess reduction products are not available. Insurance may be invalidated if the Rental Agreement is breached or false information is provided.

8. Mileage
Mileage allowance and excess mileage charges are those shown on the booking confirmation. Daily rental mileage should not exceed 100 miles per day unless pre-agreed, weekly rental mileage should not exceed 250 miles unless pre-agreed, monthly flexi-hire mileage should not exceed 1000 miles unless pre-agreed. There may be costs per mile if you go over the agreed amount.

9. Fuel
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level supplied. Any shortfall will be charged together with the published refueling and administration charges as shown on your rental agreement where there may be administrative costs also involved.

10. Damage and Accidents
The hirer must report any accident or damage immediately. The hirer remains liable up to the applicable excess, or the full cost where insurance is invalidated by a breach of these terms. The insurance excess is £1500 unless agreed and stated otherwise. We do not offer Collision Damage Waivers to bring down insurance excess for rental customers.

11. Traffic Offences
The hirer is responsible for all fines, tolls, congestion charges and parking charges incurred during the rental together with any published administration fee.

12. Late Return
Unauthorised late returns will be charged at the prevailing daily rate together with any applicable late return fee, out of hours charges may apply if the hirer is running late and goes past our business operating hours.

13. Lost Property
Property is left in vehicles at the owner's risk. Unclaimed property may be disposed of after three months.

14. Privacy and Vehicle Tracking
Vehicles may be fitted with telematics or tracking devices for security, fleet management, theft prevention and insurance purposes. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
