1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Croxdale Group, based at Croxdale, Durham.
2. Giveaway period: The Wolsingham Show Ticket Giveaway is open for entries until 11:59pm on 1st September 2026. Entries received after this time may not be included.
3. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Croxdale Group, their immediate family members, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter: To enter, participants must complete the official Wolsingham Show Ticket Giveaway entry form on the Croxdale Group website. Only one entry per person will be accepted. No purchase is necessary.
5. Prizes: Prizes may include selected Wolsingham Show VIP packages and complimentary entrance tickets. VIP packages may include entrance tickets, access to the VIP hospitality area, VIP badges or wristbands, and lunch where specified by Croxdale Group. A limited number of VIP parking spaces may also be available. VIP parking is limited and will be allocated at Croxdale Group’s discretion. Where possible, priority may be given to winners with accessibility requirements or additional mobility needs. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
6. Winner selection: Winners will be selected after the giveaway closes and announced or contacted on 2nd September 2026. Winners will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, Croxdale Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Ticket use Tickets are valid for Wolsingham Show 2026 only and must be used in accordance with the event organiser’s own entry terms, site rules and visitor policies. Croxdale Group is not responsible for changes to event timings, access arrangements, weather disruption, cancellation or any other matter managed by the event organiser.
