Terms & Conditions

We are a credit broker and not a lender. Finance is subject to status and finance company acceptance. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We will typically receive a commission from the lender, as either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage on the amount you borrow. These arrangements are negotiated with our lenders in advance and do not give us any discretion to negotiate or adjust your APR or any other item included in the total charge for credit. The commission we earn does not change in relation to the type of finance you choose (hire purchase, personal loan or personal contract purchase) or the length of the finance agreement. Minimum finance amount is £2,500. Free services will be carried out at a Crixdale Group dealership up to 2 years or 24,000 miles from delivery (whichever comes first). Cars under 3 years old at the date of service will be serviced in accordance with manufacturer requirements. Cars 3 years old or over at the date of service will be serviced in accordance with Croxdale Group requirements. Servicing offer excludes any additional work identified. Customer must book vehicle in for required services. 2 years free servicing offer and 12.9% APR representative finance offer apply to all used vehicle stock excluding vans and motorcycles. All vehicles must be ordered (by signature or SMS agreement of an order form) between 1 and 30 November 2022 (inclusive) and delivered by 30 November 2022 to qualify. Cashback for trade in vehicle subject to valuation and existing finance in place and acceptance of the vehicle by the dealership. Not all trade in vehicles will be accepted. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders will pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
