Smiles for Miles 2026 Competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Croxdale Group, A167 Croxdale, Durham, DH6 5HS.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Croxdale Group, their immediate families, associated agencies and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form available on the Croxdale Group website.
Only one entry per person, per brand, is permitted.
Each participating brand is giving away up to 20 tickets to Smiles for Miles 2026, taking place on Sunday 31 May 2026 at Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield.
Selected brands are also offering passenger ride experiences as part of the competition. Prize details are outlined on the relevant competition page.
Tickets and passenger ride prizes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible entrants, subject to availability.
Croxdale Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
Successful entrants will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, Croxdale Group reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
Tickets and prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Passenger ride experiences are subject to availability and event conditions. Participants must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid full UK driving licence.
Croxdale Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Croxdale Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
