Vehicle Administrator

Due to continued growth, Croxdale Group is looking to recruit a Vehicle Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an organised, detail-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on responsibility, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing all new and used vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing, checking, and processing documentation for vehicle registrations, finance agreements, and handovers
- Liaising with sales executives, management, finance companies, and customers to ensure smooth and timely transactions
- Updating stock and vehicle management systems, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Producing invoices, maintaining reports, and supporting month-end processes
- Providing general administrative support to the sales function
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the motor trade or a fast-paced sales environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with systems, paperwork, and deadlines
- A team player who is happy to support colleagues and assist with training junior members of the team
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
