Service Reception Manager - Front of House

Role Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment? Croxdale Group Durham, a leading automotive group representing esteemed brands within Stellantis, MG Motor UK, and Mitsubishi Motors UK, is seeking a dedicated Service Reception Manager to lead our Front of House team at our Stellantis Aftersales Operation in Durham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and develop our Front of House operation, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience while achieving financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead, coach, and develop the Front of House team to achieve excellence in performance and customer service.
  • - Support the team during peak periods, demonstrating best practices and ensuring optimal resource management.
  • - Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and 1-1 sessions to motivate and drive positive behaviours.
  • - Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager to develop and implement customer and colleague journey strategies.
  • - Conduct customer journey reviews to enhance the overall experience and maximise profitability.
  • - Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring fair resolutions and implementing preventive measures.
  • - Ensure accurate data collection and adherence to consumer legislation and trade practices.

Qualifications:

  • - Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in a customer-facing environment.
  • - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing successful teams.
  • - Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • - Knowledge of current consumer legislation and trade practices.
  • - Valid driving license free from excessive penalties.
