Premium Car Sales Manager – Alfa Romeo & DS Automobiles

Location: Croxdale Group, Durham
Role Type: Full-Time | Senior Management

Croxdale Group, a proudly independent and family-owned automotive retailer with over 55 years of heritage, is embarking on an exciting new chapter. We are now the official representatives of two premium Stellantis brands , Alfa Romeo & DS Automobiles for the Durham and North East Region, and we are looking for a dynamic Premium Car Sales Manager to lead this brand-new venture.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of two aspirational marques in the industry, with a dedicated sales team focused solely on Alfa Romeo & DS New and Used Sales.

About the Role

As Premium Car Sales Manager, you’ll:

Lead, inspire, and develop a small but focused sales team dedicated exclusively to Alfa Romeo & DS Automobiles.
Establish and grow Croxdale Group’s premium car division, championing the Alfa Romeo & DS brands across new and used retail.
Deliver exceptional levels of customer experience in line with the standards expected of a premium automotive environment.
Drive sales, profitability, and customer loyalty while building long-term success for these exciting brands within our group.
Be instrumental in setting the tone, standards, and culture for Croxdale’s first-ever premium franchise operation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in automotive sales management, ideally within the premium or luxury car market.
Premium brand-focused – with a passion for Alfa Romeo, DS, or other aspirational products.
Fully aware of what a true premium customer journey looks like, and able to deliver it flawlessly.
A strong, motivating leader with the ability to nurture a small, dedicated team.
Commercially astute, target-driven, and committed to excellence in every aspect of performance.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
