Following significant business growth, new franchise appointments and an expanding marketing programme, we are looking to recruit a proactive and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Social Content Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who enjoys working across multiple disciplines including digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, partnerships and brand campaigns.

The Role

The Digital Marketing & Social Content Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth of the Croxdale Group brand portfolio, increasing local awareness, generating enquiries and driving customer engagement.

This is a varied and hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and practical execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across multiple channels while creating engaging content that supports vehicle sales, aftersales services, events and community initiatives.

The role will work closely with all departments across the business including Sales, Aftersales, Senior Management and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing activity across multiple channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Assist with paid social campaigns and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Support lead generation and customer acquisition activity.
  • Ensure all marketing activity aligns with manufacturer guidelines and brand standards.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Croxdale Group's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Develop and maintain structured content calendars.
  • Create platform-specific content strategies to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage community engagement including comments, messages, reviews and enquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer, ambassador and community collaborations.

Content Creation

  • Produce engaging content including:
    • Short and long-form video for multi-use cross platforms
    • Photography
    • Reels and TikToks
    • Graphics
    • Customer testimonials
    • Vehicle handovers
    • Event coverage
    • Educational and service-focused content
  • Plan and execute content shoots across the dealership.
  • Maintain a structured media library and content archive.
  • Ensure content is captured proactively and consistently throughout the business.

Website & SEO

  • Assist with website content updates and landing page creation.
  • Support SEO initiatives including local search optimisation.
  • Create blog content and articles to support organic search growth.
  • Work alongside agency partners to improve website performance and visibility.

Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Support the planning and promotion of dealership events, product launches and sponsorship activities.
  • Assist with local business partnerships and community initiatives.
  • Attend events and create content before, during and after activation.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise brand exposure and customer engagement.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyse marketing performance across all channels.
  • Monitor KPIs including website traffic, engagement, enquiries and lead generation.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:Desirable:

· Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, digital marketing or content-focused role.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.

· Experience creating and editing video content for digital channels.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational and project management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar creative tools.

· Understanding of website content management and SEO principles.

· Experience using analytics platforms to measure campaign performance.

· Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to business objectives.

· Full UK driving licence.

· Experience within the automotive industry.

· Experience managing paid social campaigns.

· Knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

· Email marketing and CRM experience.

· Event marketing experience.

· Photography and videography experience.

· Experience working with multiple brands.
