What Does the Role Involve?

As a Sales Executive for Chery Durham, you’ll guide customers through a modern, digitally supported buying journey. From first enquiry to handover, your role is to make the process clear, confident, and enjoyable.

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
✔ Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across showroom, phone, and digital channels
✔ Present and demonstrate vehicles clearly and confidently
✔ Build trust through honest, straightforward communication
✔ Use video, CRM systems, and digital tools to enhance the journey
✔ Achieve sales targets while maintaining brand and dealership standards

Who We’re Looking For:

You don’t need to come from automotive. You do need the right mindset.

  • Driven, positive, and self-motivated
  • A natural communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools
  • Organised and confident working towards targets
  • Experienced in retail or customer service (preferred, not essential)
  • A full UK driving licence holder

Working Hours & Salary

  • Full-Time Role
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend working on a rota basis to support work-life balance
  • Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 per year (plus commission and performance bonuses)
  • Annual Leave: 22 days annual leave, increasing with time served plus bank holidays.
  • Location: In Person
