Richie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Super helpful, genuinely funny, kind, and really informative without ever being pushy. He made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable (which isn’t something you usually say about buying a car). We did have to wait around for finance for a bit, but Richie kept things relaxed and friendly throughout, making the time pass far quicker than expected.
