Motability Terms and Conditions: To qualify for the Motability Scheme, you must be in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP), War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP). Eligibility for the New Vehicle Payment: If you ordered your first vehicle on or before 3 January 2025, you qualify for a one-off payment known as the New Vehicle Payment. This applies to cars and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs).

You have two options for how this payment can be used:

You can apply it directly to Croxdale to contribute towards your Advance Payment.
Alternatively, you can receive the full amount after your vehicle has been delivered.

Orders placed on or after 4 January 2025 will not be eligible for this payment. The purpose of the New Vehicle Payment is to help reduce the cost of your Advance Payment.

How the Payment Works

If your Advance Payment exceeds £750, you will need to pay the remaining balance directly to your Croxdale Group.
If your Advance Payment is less than £750, the difference will be refunded to you after you receive your vehicle.

Your Croxdale Motability Specialist, will ask if you wish to use the New Vehicle Payment towards your Advance Payment when placing your order. If you’ve already placed your order but would like to apply this payment, please contact your Croxdale Motability Specialist directly.

Restrictions
The New Vehicle Payment can only be used towards the cost of your vehicle's Advance Payment. It cannot be applied to the cost of adaptations or optional extras.

Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
