£850 Jeep Spring Saving: 1. The promoter is Stellantis UK Limited trading as Jeep whose registered office is at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND (the “Promoter”). 2. The Spring Saving offer is an £850 (including VAT) discount off the On-The-Road price for orders of Avenger Electric MY25, Avenger Petrol, Avenger eHybrid, Avenger 4xe, New Compass eHybrid, New Compass Electric and Wrangler (the “Offer”). 3. Orders must be placed with a participating Jeep retailer (“Jeep Durham”) between 1st April 2026 and 30th June 2026 inclusive (the “Offer Period”). 4. The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions. 5. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between the customer, the Participating Retailer and the Promoter relating to this Offer and supersede any prior agreements between the customer, the Participating Retailer, and the Promoter relating to this Offer. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. 23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Offer and these terms and conditions without notice at any time but will seek to provide notice where possible. 24. Neither the Promoter nor its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.
