How to Enter

2. After your drive, we’ll give you access to our official online entry portal.
3. Submit your details to be entered into the national prize draw.

Terms & Conditions: Alfa Romeo 115 Anniversary Event - Weekend In Milan: Terms and Conditions

Background

1. The promoter is Stellantis UK Limited trading as Alfa Romeo, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND (“Promoter”).


2. The prize provider is Element London Limited, Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5RN (“Prize Provider”).


3. The prize refers to a weekend in Milan facilitated by the Prize Provider (“Prize”).

Conditions of Entry

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry (“Entrants”) except for employees of Stellantis N.V. group companies, their immediate families and agencies, and the Promoter’s authorised retailers.


2. By entering into this prize draw, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may terminate entry or any Prize awarded if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.


3. To be eligible for the prize draw, Entrants must partake in a test drive of any new Alfa Romeo vehicles at an authorised Alfa Romeo sales retailer between 25 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 inclusive (“Closing Date”). Following the completion of the test drive, Entrants will be invited by their authorised Alfa Romeo sales retailer to enter the prize draw. To enter the prize draw, Entrants are to enter their details on a digital entry form. No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.


4. Only one entry is permitted per person.


5. Valid proof of identification may be required. The Prize will be administered in the name of the Entrant. The Entrant is responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the Entrant.


6. There will be one winner of the Prize (“Winner”) with one accompanying guest only.


7. No purchase necessary. The Entrant will not be required to pay to enter the prize draw.


8. The Prize is transferable, to a UK resident aged 18 or over that the Winner may nominate, but non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.


9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with or not specifically included with the Prize except where expressly provided.


10. Test drives will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Promoter’s authorised retailers including Alfa Romeo Durham - Croxdale Group where the test drive is taken.


11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Choosing a Winner

1. One Entrant will be chosen at random by computer process on 8 September 2025 from eligible Entrants (“Winner”). The Winner will be notified within 3 working days of the prize draw by email. Should the Winner (i) not respond within 3 working days; (ii) reject their Prize; or (iii) forfeit the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and/or select another Winner.

Terms and Conditions of the Prize

1. The Winner’s Prize and travel arrangements will be managed by the Prize Provider, the appointed agency of the Promoter. The Entrant will be bound by the Prize Provider’s terms and conditions which are available at https://element-london.com/alfa-romeo-promotion-tandc/

Miscellaneous

1. By entering the prize draw, the Winner agrees and provides their consent to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw without further compensation. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the Winners’ name and/or image, statements made by the Winner concerning the prize draw and the Prize, and may be used by the Promoter in any media for promotional purposes. The Promoter is not responsible for any posts which the Winner publishes on any social media websites, applications or platforms and the Entrant confirms that such posts are not sponsored by the Promoter.


2. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer, and the Promoter relating to this prize draw and supersede any prior agreements between you and the Promoter. Any failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision (or waive any further exercise or enforcement) or any other right or provision. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.


3. Entrants may choose to consent to the Prize Provider sharing their personal information and data with the Promoter to be contacted with news, marketing materials and promotion information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Alfa Romeo: https://www.alfaromeo.co.uk/privacy-policies (“Privacy Policy”). The Entrant can opt out at any time by exercising their rights stated in the Privacy Policy.


4. The name and county of residence of the Winner may be published or made available upon request after the Closing Date to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place. This information will only be shared in response to a written request to the Promoter marked “Winners’ List” and specifying to which Promotion the request relates. The Winner may object to such disclosure by exercising their rights stated in the Privacy Policy.


5. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
