
At Croxdale, we believe caring for your vehicle shouldn’t be full of surprises. Our fixed-cost service plan lets you spread the cost of both interim and full servicing over 24 months, making maintenance predictable, affordable and stress-free. Whether you drive an electric vehicle (EV) or an internal combustion engine (ICE) / plug-in hybrid (PHEV), our plan is designed to keep your car in tip-top condition without breaking the bank.
Croxdale’s service plan offers transparent, fixed monthly pricing for a 24-month term, designed to suit different vehicle types. All prices exclude MOTs and wear-and-tear items not part of scheduled services.*
Signing up to Croxdale’s service plan is simple. We’ve broken the process into three easy steps so you know exactly what to expect:
Once you’ve completed a service with us, sign up for the plan. You’ll pay a small deposit and then fixed monthly payments for the next 24 months.
If you join before your next scheduled service, we’ll pro-rata the deposit and monthly payments so everything aligns with when your next service normally falls due.
As interim and full services become due, bring your vehicle into Croxdale. If the cost of the service exceeds the amount you’ve paid so far, a top-up payment may be required. Otherwise, the fixed plan covers the cost for minor and major scheduled services. (MOTs not included.)
Your plan covers all manufacturer-scheduled minor and major services during the plan period.
*MOT tests, tyres, brake pads/discs, clutches, bulbs, wipers, batteries, accident damage and any non-scheduled work. Optional items like MOTs, air conditioning service or brake fluid changes can be added at extra cost.
Payments may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis so your balance lines up with your next service.
You may be asked for a top-up payment before the service is carried out. This makes sure your payments fairly cover the cost.
Quotes are based on your stated annual mileage (e.g. 5,000 for BEV, 10,000 for ICE). If you drive more, or your car needs servicing earlier, you may need to pay extra. Plans are not valid for taxis, private hire, driving schools or fleet use unless agreed in writing.
Plans stay with the vehicle. They may be transferred to a new owner if you sell the car, but they cannot be moved to a different vehicle.
This plan is administered by Croxdale Group, governed by English law, and does not affect your statutory rights.
