Job description - Service Advisor

Croxdale Group are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic Aftersales team. Due to our continuous growth, we are increasing our workforce to meet the rising demand and uphold our exceptional standards of customer service.

We are in search of a highly motivated individual who possesses a proactive approach and can seamlessly collaborate with our existing team in the bustling Service Department. The Service Advisor position at our dealership is both thrilling and gratifying, presenting a unique opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must:

Have a positive personality
Have excellent inter-personal skills
Have good time management to ensure efficient booking and servicing of our customers vehicles
Have the ability to quickly build up a relationship with customers
Be Confident with excellent communication skills
Be able to work as part of a team
Have the ability to sell additional products to our customers
Have the ability to work with various CRM systems

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm and a Saturday 8am till 12pm on a rota.

Licence/Certification:

Driving License (preferred)

Experience:

Proven Experience working in a fast paced Service Reception
Proven Experience working in the automotive industry

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
